Maximum draw distance

Does anyone know what the maximum draw distance is?
I'm building a large bank which is visible from a long distance away.
At the minute I have my distance set in 3dcrafter at 2000m, 1_2000_****** but I cannot get it to export to .igs.
I'm not 100% convinced that this is my problem yet but the building itself is a pretty simple shape with one group.
