but the shape file GEO is only 4kb

That's the shape file for the little gray box. You need to reference this in the Geometry ID field of the Level Crossing blueprint. RS.com hasn't provided the source files for this item but it's easy enough to make your own.

I have placed an animated level crossing as per these instructions and it works correctly. When the gate lowers, there is a sound for the machinery but there is no ringing bell sound. Is there something wrong with the blueprint for the Kuju Level Crossing US?

RS, i'm not 100% sure about this since I dont have the Blueprint in sight, but the signal references the Sound blueprint as a child, and the Sound blueprint references the Audio Controller. The Audio Controller references both the Gate Motor and the Bell sound files. If the one or the other is not sounding off, the they may have either been turned off in the AC, or the sound file or it's xml may be missing.

On another note, for the SMM xings I turned the Gate Motor sound off. It's unrealistic, sounding more like a vib, ...er, an electric hair clipper than any gate motor i've ever heard.

Hi! Everyone,

I need to know these Level Crossing. I was downloaded SMM Level Crossing recently to Railworks. I see lists there and I checked to Railworks game not there lists. I don't know what's happen..

I guess you can't enable the crossings in the Asset list, right?

Have a look in the Online Manual: http://www.smmdigital.net/xingmanualonline2.html

Also clear your blueprint cache in the Railworks launcher before starting the game.
