lofted 1 arm telegraph poles

I needed some 1 arm telegraph poles for my selkirk route. I have the poles made and working in the RS in the loft section
The poles are spaced 50 m apart.I am trying to add wires to the lofted telegraph poles but not having any success.I can't get the wires to show up when I string out the poles . Has anybody got any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong.?..
