9F 'Summer Saturday' scenario sudden SPAD

Trying to play this scenario on TS2012, I get the signal just before entering the double track section (after coming out of the two tunnels, leaving Bath) suddenly drop to red just before my face - making it almost impossible to stop on time, and of course result in an 'exit on SPAD'. The strange thing is that just minutes before, when checking with F3, the signal was showing green... Is this a 'feature' of TS2012, or has this scenario been broken all the time?

The subtitle of this forum section is, "Announcements and Discussion about Sly's Iron Horse House Development " - so I don't see why I should have to e-mail IHH to find out whether others have the same problems as me with a scenario????

I'm sorry, I thought I can help you as nobody else had an answer and as it's pretty obvious that Sly isn't a regular guest here.
But ok ...

Yeah maybe i should check in a little more regular.
I am sure you appreciate this is a complex scenario, made to showcase the limits of what was /is possible.
I will attempt to help but scenarios are not warranted, I have no control over your install, routes etc, even adding a sound pack , reskin, weather pack can screw up a scenario.
However I do not think this is the case here.
Exact following of the instructions is imperative.. the usual thing that people miss is
When Evening Star backs down and come to a stand and you click on it to take control..
you will see a timer counting down.. is is the stop short instruction and it needs to complete before you couple up and then drop off the Black 5..
Again you will see a countdown.. wait until this completes before loading your passengers
When the passenger loading countdown has finished you can pull out.
What happens is that one of the instructions doesn't get chance to complete before you move to next task..
so scenario failed right there ... instruction not completed therefore things like the path being set does not happen..
I know you are Driving a train simulator, but its the computer you have to satisfy, and we all know how fineky they can be
