Correction As noted above a new scenario pack from Diesel Workshop is bringing Diesel Workshop's C424s in Burlington Northern and Spokane, and Portland & Seattle versions to the Feather River Canyon Enhanced route by HIS.
You will need the Feather River Canyon Enhanced route from HIS to run this.

As noted above A new scenario pack from HIS is bringing Diesel Workshop C424s in Burlington Northern and Spokane, Portland & Seattle versions to the Feather River Canyon Extension. If you have these C424s in your roster you probably get another copy of them.

Just to clarify, this is not a new HIS scenario pack, but rather a DW release of the BN/SP&S C424s which does utilize the Feather River Canyon Enhanced route for its included scenarios.
