Welcome back, I'd given up on seeing anymore of this route, now I have the problem of not remembering my password for the Tehachapi download page. Why does every thing have to be so complicated, members password and then a download password, must be the only site who produce routes etc that use this system.
To be honest I wish I had never got the route if I knew it was going to be such a hassle getting it downloaded and updated.

I purchased this route back in 2016 and I don't have any issues with any passwords that is because I made sure I secured my information in my email, and I recommend anyone who purchase DLC to make sure they have a place to store information and save it. That is on you as a consumer. I get your frustration, however it doesn't have to be complicated.

Geeez what a welcome back. How about instead of blaming the system in place, why don’t you look at yourself and your inability to write important information down. It really is that simple.

hard to do when you have had a complete PC failure, I also have to login on many others sites and none of them use or want a password for an update on a route or rolling stock, in fact they usually email me giving me a link to the update. You must also remember it has been months since we last heard anything plus name change, maybe he has been unwell but it takes nothing to inform folk of his situation especially these days , its not like he has to call everybody. Anyway that's my twopennerth worth rant over.
I need to have a password to download the updates, has anyone got any suggestions.

PS I have many many passwords that I have kept in a safe place but this one seems to have been not recorded
And apologies to any one I offended.

Sure, PM him on this site “Bananarama” by clicking on his name, or, logon to his website “3DTrains” and contact him there.

Just a question.....I had uninstalled this route, and I am getting ready to reinstall. Do I need to install all the updates, or just the most recent, along with the original route download.

Thanks!

Galen

The updates are cumulative, so you only need the latest.

From the download page at 3DTrains:

Tehachapi Pass - Main Build v1.06.02.17

and

Tehachapi Pass Cumulative Update v1.09.27.19 - New

seems like work on this splendid route has lapsed again ....

Apologies for the hijack, but I figured this was a good place to ask the question: I note that 3D Train Stuff's site appears to be active with an active online store. However, the site did say 2009 to 2014 so even though I've sent an email as per the contact us page, I thought I would ask within some more current activity.

If I , in the UK, was to buy the Cajon Pass and Tehechapi routes, would they work for me over here? Or would it be money wasted due to BNSF licencing etc? Thanks.
