Class 20 & Class 45 packs

I asked this question over at the TrainSim forums and didn't get a really satisfactory answer, so I'll try here. Are the Class 20 and Class 45 packs available at Steam the same as the packs available at IHH? If not, what are the differences and are the IHH expansion packs compatable with the Steam packs?

Don't know about the class 20 and 45, but the Big Boy is the same from both sources. And it works with the Steam version just fine. Personally, I bought direct from IHH.
