Been looking at as many photos as I can find, there don't actually appear to be *that* many differences. Obvious one is lights ( ignoring d-brakes/short hood shape/cab window ) and ploughs, what else? seems to be some extra equipment boxes on the walkway of a few, I have no idea what they're for.
The trucks in that drawing have cutaway bits on the outermost frame ( where it meets the axleboxes ), only seen that on one u25 so far... did wonder if they were old trucks off another make.
