ALCo RS-11 Replacement engine sounds by Johnnyboy (steam account name)
The ALCo RS-11 used a 1,800 horsepower ALCO type 251b v12 motor. This gives it the propper ALCo grunt. Other
locomotive applications of this motor include the RSD-12, RS-18(u) RS-36 and the FP(A/B)-4
-NOTE: THIS DOES NOT REPLACE THE HORN OR BELL, ONLY THE MOTOR
-The default startup sound was re-used, however, it transitions to the newer sound for idle and up.
-Installion is simple: just follow the corresponding steps.
-FOR THIS TO WORK YOU MUST HAVE THE STEAM EDITION OF THE VIRTUAL RAILROADS ALCo RS-11. However, I'm sure
this would work in the other verion as well with some editing (if done properly). I don't have the other version so I don't know.
