This is a TNFX reskin of the default Kuju ACF Covered Hopper.
This model is a TNFX reskin of the default Kuju ACF Covered Hopper. It normally carries soybeans or corn products. However in this case, it was built to carry chicken feed and lots of it. If you were to fly over the rolling hills of southeast Alabama, where I grew up, you would see hundreds of long, narrow metal buildings filled to the brim with hungry chickens. Those stinky facilities are a huge “crop” for the farmers in the area.
Three Notch Feed Co. is located in Troy, AL, and is the hometown of my bride of forty-six years. I saw a picture of this car on the HO scale layout of a friend of mine and had to do one for Train Simulator. By the way, the “Three Notch” refers to a trail that dates back to pioneer days and runs through the middle of Troy today.
Run the RW_AssetSetup file to install the model In the scenario editor, the model is listed as: “Hopper 3-Bay TNFX”. This model is installed into: Assets\ Kuju\RailsimulatorUS\RailVehicles\Freight\Covered_Hopper\TNFX\.
This package is released as freeware. You can do whatever you wish with it EXCEPT make money with its use.
