This model is a Pennsylvania Railroad MP-54 MU Electric reskin of the G-Trax New Haven Electric Interurban. Yes, it’s not accurate, but for me it looks good in PRR scenarios.
The Pennsylvania Railroad's MP54 was a class of electric multiple unit railcars. The ubiquitous cars became a commuting tradition during their long years of service in several major cities and were known as "red cars" or "red rattlers". The MP54 cars ran from 1915 until 1981 on many lines and wore several variations of PRR Tuscan paint.

Unzip and install using the included RW_AssetSetup.exe installer. The model installs to Assets\G-TraX\Interurban\RailVehicles\Electric\Pennsy\Engines\. In the scenario editor it is listed as: “GX O-B Pennsylvania”.
